God warns before judgement

“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:4 KJV

God warns before judgement

“In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” 1 Corinthians 15:52 KJV

Some law enforcement agencies set out the law and somewhat stand back for the offender to commit the offense (e.g traffic violations) and then they swoop down in their numbers to catch the defaulters. Our God is not like that. Even though his laws have been set forth from generations past, he is more concerned that a sinner be saved than for him to perish. He is very long suffering and will send out all sorts of warnings to save as many from pending destruction. Think about how Lot called out to his Sons-in-law to join him to be saved from the doom of Sodom and Gomorrah. Think of Noah and the ark and the opportunities for others to have been saved. We are reminded in today’s Bible reading that the end of the world as we know it will be in the twinkling of an eye, but in the meantime there is a passionate call for individuals to come out of the rot and corruption of this world. To shift allegiance to the side of the savior of the world because no matter how powerful the proverbial Babylon in today’s chapter (Revelations 18) is, it will be destroyed and shall be seen by all. Take advantage of the passionate call today and step out into eternal joy, peace and freedom bought by the blood of Jesus. Halleluyah!!!!!!

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for always looking out for me and the reminders of your unending love for me. I step into your coverage and receive the grace to live holy and acceptable to you 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
