“And the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed. And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt. And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.” Exodus 3:2-4 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/exo.3.2-4.kjv
Does God have your attention? Often, some things happen to us which are incredible. Some unique signs, a great unexplainable deliverance, uncommon blessings, even some challenges. Sometimes, it’s God calling for our attention. A request for a stepping aside to inquire, to seek out understanding as seen in the Bible reading today. When God saw that Moses turned aside to see, he took it the next notch up and called out Moses’ name. He gave him instruction that was to transform the situation of a nation - the Isrealites who were in bondage in Egypt. He even revealed divine secrets to Moses. Saying, tell the Isrealites that “I AM” sent you. What would eventually become years of a walk with God and generational impacts started from a turning aside. God is still calling out to so many people to go on a journey of kingdom impacts to the glory of God but it starts with a stepping aside to seek more. To study the word of God and to seek divine inspiration from the Holy Spirits and the instructions that will transform your life and those around you including generations yet unborn will be revealed precept upon precept. The first call for attention though for the individual that does not know God is that of Salvation. Taste and see that the Lord is good. If you are saved or even already doing Kingdom exploits, God is calling you to more. Glory!!!
Prayer: Dear Lord, Thank you for being mindful of me always. Please help me to leave all the distractions behind to seek you more that I may receive a transformational encounter in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
