Are you a giver?
“For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them. And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same. And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again. Do you give like your father or do you give unconditionally? The DNA of Christ in us as children of God should manifest in the fruit of the spirit evidenced by our words and actions. In today’s Bible reading, Jesus was speaking about some truths in the Bible and the expectations of us as believers. Our kind acts should not be anchored to a lens of reciprocity. Give as unto the Lord and watch him come through for you in unimaginable ways.
Prayer: Dear LORD, thank you because you are the the giver of life and every good and perfect gift comes from you. Teach me to be more like you and let the befenit of your pleasure be evident to all in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
