God is passionate about leadership. He does not take lightly the leaders who set his people on the path of destruction. In the Bible reading today, God talks about the judgement that he was going to mete out to the leaders and prophets of Israel for leading the people into destruction. This is why the Bible tells us to pray for our leaders as they play an important part in the destiny of those that they lead.  Are you in a position of leadership, over your family, church, community, business, or nation? Then you must check yourself regularly as an individual but also in your role in the life of those that you lead. The Bible says that to whom much is given, much is expected.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are passionate about the souls of your children. Please Lord, I come before you asking for mercy for any way I may have contributed to another going astray in my position as a leader. Please teach me Lord to be a leader after your heart in every sphere that you have assigned me in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
