In the book of John chapter 6, Jesus was revealing some deep truths about himself and his ministry and some of the disciples could not take it saying that it was hard. Jesus affirmed that no man can come to him unless the father gave them to him. From this point on, some disciples turned back. Such was the case in the Bible reading today when the disciples made a summary about his guidance on divorce that it was probably better for a man not to get married, to which he responded that not everyone can receive such messages except the one that it is given.  There are some deep truths of the kingdom that can only be handled at a certain level of your growth and maturity with God. So, the question today is is: Are you growing? Are you getting newer revelation of kingdom insights? 

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are the spirit of light and truth. Thank you for the constant call to be deeper in you. Please Lord, help me to grow in you. Help me to know more of you and let the revealed knowledge of Christ in my life be evident in all aspects of my life in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
