The Christian race is a very unique one. It is one that is predicated on belief. When Jesus was to raise Lazarus, he said to his sister “if you believe, you will see the glory”. In today’s Bible reading, Jesus was upset with the disciples for not believing those who had told them earlier that they had seen the risen Christ. He expected that with all that he shared with them while he was with them and their encounter of his miracles that they would believe when told that he had risen. Right after that, he gave them the commission of preaching the gospel to the world, again predicated on people believing, after which they will see signs and wonders.  Is there a chance that some of the miracles that you expect and promises over your life are still pending because you have refused to believe God completely? Trust him and see him come through for you.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are the promise keeper, the dependable and reliable God. Lord, help me to stay focused on your promises. Teach me to believe so that I can enter the fulfillment of your promises for my life in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
