Are you just?

“Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous. That which is altogether just shalt thou follow, that thou mayest live, and inherit the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.” Deuteronomy 16:19-20 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/deu.16.19-20.kjv

Are you just?

God is just and he demands the same from his children. In today’s Bible reading, the Isrealites were guided to ensure that they do that which is just and be no respecter of persons so that they can truly inherit the land that the Lord was giving to them. As God blesses you and brings you into positions of authority it is important that you indeed remain just, like your father in heaven. It is a requirement for thriving in the promise. God needs more of his representatives here on earth to show the light of his love. When he brings you into prominence, it is for his glory. So your actions must reflect the image of this just God.  Are you being just in your day to day dealings?

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your faithfulness always. Thank you for always making ways for us. Please Lord, teach me your ways continually and help to become more like you so that the people would see the glory of the Lord in me and through me in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
