Are you keeping your end of the bargain?
“And they forsook the Lord God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods of the people that were round about them, and bowed themselves unto them, and provoked the Lord to anger.” Judges 2:12 KJV https://www.bible.com/1/jdg.2.12.kjv

Who are the people round about you? Are you surrounded by like-minded people who love God and fear God or are you constantly living on the edge surrounded by people whose faith are not aligned with yours and with God’s will for your life. The Isrealites went after the gods of those that surrounded them despite several warnings. They provoked God to anger. They failed to meet their own end of the bargain. So many times we are quick to quote the isolated verses of the Bible that speaks to the blessings but fail to recognize the conditions upon which those are precedent. Are you keeping your end of the bargain today? Are you still connected to the heavenly source or have you drifted off? Are you still able to recognize the whispers of caution deep in your spirit man and soul or are you too distracted with following the practices of those around you to recognize the HolySpirit? Examine yourself today. The Bible says if we are willing and obedient, we will eat the good of the land.
Prayer: Dear God, please open my eyes and heart to see those place where I may be living on the edge or drifting off and please help me to make my way straight back to your will. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
