Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and for evermore. He doesn’t change and he exists in the eternity past and eternity present. However, we as human beings have a limited span. The Bible reading today asks the Israelites where their fathers and prophets of old were. Men don’t live forever, at least on this side of eternity and that is why we must ensure that we carry out God’s instructions and assignments with haste.  The Bible tells us that it’s appointed unto man to die once and after that is judgement. We also know that our Lord and Master will return like a thief in the night unexpected. Hence, it is important that as children of God that we live a life that is acceptable to God at all times. Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your faithfulness always. Thank you for your mercies and kindness. Thank you for sending your instructions to us always. Please Lord help me to live a life of obedience and righteousness so that my life will be pleasing to you always in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
