Be prepared. The Bible says “Then the LORD said to Samuel: “Behold, I will do something in Israel at which both ears of everyone who hears it will tingle”” 1 Sam 3:11. God is still in the business of moving mountains. He still solves long standing problems but the question is “Are you ready for the answers? Or have you become so used to the problem that you have never envisioned what life would be like if the problem was suddenly taken away? So many people seek open doors so much that the prayer points have become second nature but they do not prepare for the next step when the door opens. In today’s Bible reading, God told Moses that the last plague that will shift the mountain blocking Israel’s freedom was about to happen. However the Isrealites had to be ready by reaching out to their Egyptian neighbors to borrow as many jewels according to the Instruction of God. Imagine getting that instruction after seeing how Pharaoh’s heart had been hardened previously. Some may not carry out the instructions because they just don’t see how it might happen. Almost like the officer that supported the king of Isreal during the famine in Samaria who said in response to Elisha’s prophecy of abundance that even if God opens the windows of Heaven, how could it happen. Let God do his thing and you follow the instructions so that you can enjoy the sudden open doors. Are you ears tuned to the frequency of the spirit to receive the instructions?

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are fighting my battles and moving the mountains of limitations out of my way. Please Lord, help me by your spirit to be sensitive to your move and carry out the instructions to be ready for your deliverance 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
