Are you spreading God's love?
”But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest. And his fellowservant fell down at his feet, and besought him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all. And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt.“ Matthew 18:28-30 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/mat.18.28-30.kjv

Are you replicating God’s love to the people in your sphere? The Bible tells us that to whom much is given, much is also required. We are reminded that the Lord’s mercies towards us are renewed every morning. In the same vein he expects us to extend this mercies to the world around us. In today’s Bible reading, the parable is told of a servant who had been forgiven a large debt by his master and yet refused to let go a smaller debt from his fellow servant. For this sake, his earlier pardon was reversed. Can you think about the many times when we refuse to let others go despite how many times God gives us a rebirth, a second chance or a wiped slate? God expects us to replicate his love to the world around us. Are you keeping up with his mandate?
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your faithfulness always. Thank you for forgiving my sins and granting me new mercies daily. Lord, I come before you in complete humility, please help me love according to your expectations and to be a true representative of Christ in every circle of influence that I find myself in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
