Are you willing?

“Then sang Deborah and Barak the son of Abinoam on that day, saying, Praise ye the LORD For the avenging of Israel, When the people willingly offered themselves.” Judges 5:1-2 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/jdg.5.1-2.kjv

Are you willing?

The Bible tells us that in the day of God’s power, his people will be willing. Your willingness to obey God’s instructions and give yourself fully to his service is a recipe for victory against the enemies. In today’s Bible reading, Deborah the Judge in Israel sang to praise God for the victory that he gave against their enemies. She noted that the people willingly offered themselves. When God is ready to show forth his power in certain instances, he often uses a tribe of willing people. People who trust him, people who are able to show to others the benefits of obeying God.  Recall that we are all created to bring him pleasure. However, he also gave us the power to choose. So the ball is in your court. Are you willing to go up against the gates of the enemy at God’s prompting? Are you willing to have childlike faith in the face of the toughest circumstances? If yes, then welcome to seasons of uncommon breakthroughs under the guiding hands of the Lord of Host.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are the Lord of Host, the Lord our banner who assures us of victory over the toughest situations of our lives. Lord, I am willing to be used of you. I am willing to trust you. Please guide me into uncommon victory to the glory of your name in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
