Are you yielding completely?

“Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.” Leviticus 27:28 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/lev.27.28.kjv

Are you yielding completely?

When you consecrate time, possessions and anything else to God, are you yielding completely or seeking to take it back? In today’s Bible reading, God was instructing Israelites about giving, vows, tithes, first fruits amongst others. The excerpted text was a reminder that you cannot redeem what has been devoted to God because it has become holy unto him. What does that represent to you today? What have you devoted to God that you seem to be attempting to take back.  He is the owner of times and seasons, and he owns the cattle on the thousand hills and the silver and gold. In fact, he owns you the individual so when you devote items to him, it is a sign of reverence and he sanctifies it holy. When you give it to God, leave it with him and watch how he multiplies the rest for you.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are the Lord over all who rules in the affairs of men. I commit my life afresh to you. Sanctify me holy and help me to walk in complete obedience to you and to yield my substance to the cause of the gospel of the kingdom of God in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
