At the center of God's will

“Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness: When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my work. Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways: Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.” Psalm 95:8-11 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/psa.95.8-11.kjv

At the center of God's will

The path to a life of impact that comes from being at the center of God’s will can only be achieved from the knowledge of His ways. The knowledge of God’s ways also keeps us from erring as seen in the Bible reading of today. God says that the Isrealites suffered his wrath for 40 years in the wilderness because they committed sin in their heart as a result of a lack of knowledge of the ways of God. The psalmist says in Psalm 119:11 that he had hidden God’s word in his heart so that he may not sin against God. So the question today is : Do you know God’s ways? Do you understand how he works with you? Do you recognize his promptings? Are you leveraging the power of the word and the presence of the Holy Spirit for a deep dive in the revelation of the knowledge of Christ? The knowledge of God’s ways is indeed a preservation. Commit to finding it today.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for the gift of the Holy Spirit that prompts me on the things of the spirit. Lord, I commit afresh to seek more of you. Please show me your ways and give me the grace to walk in them 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
