Can you pick the Signals?

“Thus saith the LORD unto this people, Thus have they loved to wander, they have not refrained their feet, therefore the LORD doth not accept them; he will now remember their iniquity, and visit their sins. When they fast, I will not hear their cry; and when they offer burnt offering and an oblation, I will not accept them: but I will consume them by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence. Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, the prophets say unto them, Ye shall not see the sword, neither shall ye have famine; but I will give you assured peace in this place.” Jeremiah 14:10, 12-13 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/jer.14.10-13.kjv

Can you pick the Signals?

Are you able to discern the right message from God. Often, there are mixed messages coming to humans which makes it difficult to discern warning. This was the case of the Israelites in prophet Jeremiah’s times when God was sending strong warnings of impending doom to Israel and yet the other prophets were giving them an assurance of peace. Our God is not an author of confusion. His foundations stand sure and he knows those that are his. His expectations of holiness and righteous living don’t change and so if there are messages that appear to contradict these core principles then one must be at alert.  The danger of the sweet talkers is that they lead the recipients of their message blissfully into destruction. So, take out time to assess yourself. If your ways do not please God then retrace your steps and find your way back to the center of God’s will. Don’t live in blissful ignorance.

Prayer:  Dear Lord, thank you because you are merciful God. Please Lord I seek your mercy for any acts of disobedience to your biddings. Please Lord sharpen my heavenly frequency to discern the truth from lies so that I can continue to live and thrive at the center of your will 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
