Can you see it?
“He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: But the hand of the diligent maketh rich. He that gathereth in summer is a wise son: But he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame.” Proverbs 10:4-5 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/pro.10.4-5.kjv

One indication of your wisdom is in your attitude to work. This is very important because there are some schools of thoughts within the Christian domain that want to pray away every challenge whereas God is a God of principles. Afterall, he created the world for 6 days before he rested. This is why often when we pray for a miracle, he responds in the form of an idea or a seed that will then yield abundant harvest and that is where a lot of people miss it. They are unable to recognize the seed that God has put in their hands to yield bountiful harvest. The Bible reading today tells us that the diligent person will become rich while the person that handle things with a slack hand tends towards poverty. This is why the Bible tells us that when you see a man that is diligent he will sit with kings and not mean men. The text today further tells us that the person that gathers in the summer is a wise person. So, are you wise? Is this evident in your attitude to your secular and kingdom work? Recognize your planting season and put in the work towards a bountiful harvest.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are a faithful and righteous God. Thank you for the inspiration of your spirit that gives us divine understanding and ideas. Please open my eyes to recognize my seeds and my planting season so that in due time I can reap the benefits of a wise soul in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
