Dedicating your wins to God?

โ€œThen Toi sent Joram his son unto king David, to salute him, and to bless him, because he had fought against Hadadezer, and smitten him: for Hadadezer had wars with Toi. And Joram brought with him vessels of silver, and vessels of gold, and vessels of brass: Which also king David did dedicate unto the Lord, with the silver and gold that he had dedicated of all nations which he subdued;โ€ 2 Samuel 8:10-11 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/2sa.8.10-11.kjv

Dedicating your wins to God?

Do you point the glory back to God. King David had so many successes in the battles against his neighboring countries and challengers. In todayโ€™s Bible reading, we see the secret of the successes. David always dedicated his victories to God and so God was with him wherever he went. God says to us that his glory will be now share with a graven image or to anyone for that matter (Isaiah 42:8). So the next time God grants you victory, it is important that it is indeed dedicated to him because then we are assured of even more victories. Halleluyah!!!

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your faithfulness and kindness. Thank you for life. Thank you for victories all around. I return all the glory and praise to you. Accept me and all the glory ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ
