It is important that as we go through the day to day activities that we prioritize rest and spiritual rejuvenation. The Bible recorded that God rested on the seventh day after creating the earth. In today’s Bible reading, God commands the Israelites to take a break from work in the seventh month and to take that time for a holy convocation. So ask yourself, “Am I prioritizing the refreshing of my soul?”. The Bible reminds us that we carry great treasures in our earthen vessels.  Hence, it is important that we take care of these fragile vessels - body, soul and spirit so that we can continue to deliver on the treasures that we carry. Learn to rest and rejuvenate.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are an intentional God who cares about the details of our lives. Lord, I commit to prioritizing a refreshing of my body, soul and spirit. Please help me Lord 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
