The Bible tells us about the rewards of faithfulness saying that he that is faithful in little shall be made Lord of many things. God rewards the sacrifice of his servants and children. Are you busy for the Lord and it appears that the rewards have not come yet? Remain steadfast because in the acceptable time, day and season he will answer and all the years that the locust and cankerworms have eaten will be restored.  In the Bible reading today, God was speaking to the prophet Isaiah telling him that the work that he has used him for in Judah is only a small thing and that he will infact be used across the end of the earth to bring light and salvation to the gentiles. A vessel that the master is proud of is showcased to the most important of guests. Is God proud of you? Do your actions point the glory back to him? Then note that he is still in the business of rewarding his faithful servants. Wait on him and he will come through for you.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your faithfulness and loving kindness. Thank you for being reliable always. Lord, thank you for the privilege of access to your throne and for service. Please help me to remain faithful in that which you have committed into my hands. Arise for me and show to the world that I am your child in whom you are well pleased 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
