The Bible tells us that our adversary the devil moves around like a roaring lion seeking whom to devour. We have a responsibility as children of God to stand our guard always. In the Bible reading today, a grand plan was being drafted against the Jews by their sworn enemy Haman. It is interesting to note that Haman had an issue against one individual and decided to take it out on the entirety of the Jews. For some people, the source of our adversity is because of the identity of the children of God that we carry which is a threat to the kingdom of darkness.  The enemies go through lengths to establish and seal their plans because there are principles in the spiritual. These can only be overturned by a greater power. Glory to God we have a God who is higher than the highest and greater than the greatest. However, the victory is only assured in the place of constant fellowship with God. So, are you carrying Heaven’s identity in passing without consistently reconnecting to refresh it? You may be a prime target of the enemy. Stand your guard today. 

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because despite how great you are, you are still mindful of me. Thank you for the assurance of victory in you. Please Lord, I come before you afresh, envelope me with the cloud of glory that stems from your presence and grant me victory over the devil and his forces always in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
