Don't despise the rough times
”And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance. So now it was not you that sent me hither, but God: and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and Lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt.“ Genesis 45:7-8 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/gen.45.7-8.kjv

God’s ways are not our ways and his thoughts are not our thoughts. He knows the end from the beginning and that is why the Bible tells us that all things work together for good for those that love God and are called according to his purpose. In the Bible reading today, Joseph reveals his identity to his brothers and asks them not to be afraid because of their evil deed of selling him into Egypt. Having come full cycle to the fulfillment of his dream, Joseph realized that what they meant for evil God used for his purpose in order to preserve them and other nations from the terrible famine. Did you go through a rough patch on your journey to destiny? Rather than hold a grudge, look back and see the orchestrating path through which God used some of those instances to build you up towards your destination.
Prayer: Dear God, thank you because you are indeed the Alpha and the Omega who knows the beginning from the end. Thank you for orchestrating my journey through the highs and the lows. Please Lord, continue to watch over your word in my life into the fulfillment of glory and let the world now indeed that you Lord are the chief architect of our destinies to your glory 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
