Learn to rest and recharge physically and spiritually. As agents of God in the world, we are only as good as the content that is flowing through us as supplied by our source. As we pour out to others in the place of our assignment, we must return for reflection and refilling. In today’s Bible reading, we see that Jesus took time off to go into the wilderness to pray despite the increasing fame and pull from people for a miracle. We carry divine treasures in earthen vessels. Hence, the vessel must be preserved and more importantly the treasures must be refilled.  Don’t get carried away in the doing. You are only as strong as your connection.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are the mighty and majestic God. Thank you for the privilege of service. Thank you for your strength that is made available to me in my weakness. Lord, I return to you for a refueling. Please fill me up and give me renewed grace for the assignment to your glory in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
