Don't question His authority

”And Moses and Aaron came in unto Pharaoh, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, How long wilt thou refuse to humble thyself before me? let my people go, that they may serve me. Else, if thou refuse to let my people go, behold, to morrow will I bring the locusts into thy coast: And Pharaoh's servants said unto him, How long shall this man be a snare unto us? let the men go, that they may serve the LORD their God: knowest thou not yet that Egypt is destroyed?“ Exodus 10:3-4, 7 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/exo.10.3-7.kjv

Don't question His authority

The Bible tells us in the book of Romans that as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, he gave them over to a reprobate mind to do those things which are not convenient. It’s dangerous to consistently question God’s instructions and authority. While God had told Moses that he would harden Pharaoh’s heart so that the stories of God’s deliverance can be handed from generations to generations, Pharaoh had gotten to a point in the hardness of heart that he was so focused on not letting the Israelites go that he lost sight of how much the land that he ruled was being destroyed. In today’s Bible reading, after yet another deadlocked conversation about letting the Israelites go out to worship God, Pharaoh’s advisers drew his attention to how much the land had been destroyed because it appeared that he was not paying attention. When a reprobate mind takes over, you would be engaging in things that are not convenient and still manage to justify it. Hence it is important that we acknowledge the Lordship of God early and embrace his knowledge so that we can be saved from destruction.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your faithfulness always. Thank you because you are a good God showing mercies across generations. Please Lord, let your mercies speak for me over every past acts of disobedience. Fill my heart with your love and knowledge and guide me in your truth into a path that shines brighter and brighter in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
