”And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.“ Genesis 6:6-9 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/gen.6.6-9.kjv

It is possible to be different. The Bible tells us to come out from amongst them and be ye different. The voice of God should be priority always over the voice of the people. In the Bible reading today, God looked on the earth and regretted creating man because there was so much wickedness and perverseness in the land. He was going to destroy the people and all the beasts in it. However, Noah found grace with God. He found grace because he walked with God. He dared to believe and dared to be different when everyone else seemed to have abandoned their maker. And it paid off. He was preserved but also because he partnered with God in the process. He received specific instructions from God and walked the process to the details provided. Hence, when the flood came he was preserved. What is your excuse for not living holy or following God’s instructions? Is it because it’s not the in thing and everyone else has derailed around you? Well remember Noah. Righteousness is a preservation always. It preserves from evil but more importantly from the wrath of the one who is able to kill the flesh, soul and spirit. Choose wisely.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are the righteous and holy God. Thank you for the privilege to come before you to receive grace and mercy. Lord, please be merciful unto me and my generation. Please grant grace to live holy and righteously according to your will. Please preserve us in your mercy in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
