Oh what a privilege it is to be called children of the most High. As with every parent, there may be moments of anger when the child falls out of the way in order to bring the child back to course. However, the Psalmist testifies that God’s anger only endures for a moment and so we have access to enjoy his favour more often which brings life. And so regardless of what we go through in the lows, we know that on the other side, the morning comes with joy when we stay at the center of his will. Glory.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your faithfulness always. Thank you for endowing us with your goodness and making your anger fleeting. Please Lord, continue to show me your ways and lead me aright so that I can be a continuous recipient of the blessings that come with your joy in me 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
