Ordained by God? It is such a pleasant thing to be commissioned by God to deliver a task to his people because with the vision comes the provision for the assignment. In the Bible reading today, God had commissioned Jeremiah to be a voice of reproof in a time when there was so much rot in the land of Israel. But Jeremiah wondered at his qualifications for the task - “ I am only a child”, he said. However, the one who knows why he was selected for the unique assignment assured him that he would back him up and so he should not be afraid. In addition, God touched his mouth and filled it with utterance.  And so confidence and capacity was granted for the task and the new Jeremiah was certainly no longer a child because he was now backed by a big God and so he began to see things and have deep conversations with God. So, is God laying a task ahead of you that seems insurmountable? If it’s from God then all he needs is your cooperation and your willingness to trust completely the owner of the assignment. The rest as they always say will be history.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your direction and your guidance always. Please Lord as you provide the avenue for impact assignments for the kingdom, please give me a discerning heart to know your guidance and help my unbelief. Please help me Lord to trust completely and see you moving mightily on my behalf for your glory alone in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
