The Bible reading today speaks to the fact that there could be a gathering against you as children of God but what matters the most is that God is on your side. He is the greatest ally possible because he controls everything and as such at his rebuke every gathering becomes like chaff. The Bible also reassured us in another verse about God raising a standard against the enemy when they tried to overwhelm us as a flood. This is a reminder therefore to always check your standing with God.  This is because once he is in your side of the equation, you are always greater than whatever is on the other side. Is he in your boat?

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for being my defender and ever present help in times of need. I look to you afresh. Please continually be in my boat so that I can rest assured of victory and peace in you always in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
