All you need is God’s word. God’s word creates something out of nothing. He can make one man into a mighty nation. In the Bible reading today, following the refreshed commandment from God to Noah and his family to be fruitful, mutiply and replenish the earth, the chapter of the text shows us how Noah’s sons were fruitful and multiplied and how they became the nations of the earth.  Simon Peter recognized the superiority of God’s word and despite his professional conviction in the contrary, he said ‘Nevertheless at thy word’ to Jesus when he asked him to return to the same waters where he had toiled all night without results. The result was a net-breaking miracle. All you need is God’s word and the complete trust and obedience to do it and unimaginable miracles and blessings result. What are you struggling with today? Seek his word to you and rest assured that at his word impossibilities become possible.
