What will you be remembered for?

โ€œThese are the sons of Israel; Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun, Dan, Joseph, and Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher. The sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah: which three were born unto him of the daughter of Shua the Canaanitess. And Er, the firstborn of Judah, was evil in the sight of the Lord; and he slew him.โ€ 1 Chronicles 2:1-3 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/1ch.2.2.kjv

What will you be remembered for?

Whatโ€™s your legacy? What will you be known for. Similar to the previous chapter of the Bible reading today, the genealogy record was once again interrupted to discuss an individual. This time though it was of who was evil in the sight of God that he killed him. Our actions before God have a bearing on the legacy that we leave behind. Joshua said to the Israelites that he put before them life and death but that the choice was theirs to make. He knew what he and his family were going to do but the Israelites had to make up their mind on which way to go. So the question today for you: Even as the end of days draws near, what choices are you making daily? The path that leads to glory or that which leads to destruction? Choose wisely

Prayer: Dear Lord, please teach me and show me your word so that it will keep me from sin. I repent of any sin I have committed. Please help me to please you always so that my legacy will be one of divine glory in Jesus name ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ.
