God’s service requires intentionality. It Involves a conscious act of separation, sanctification and dedication to the Father’s business. David said that he would not give to God what cost him nothing. In the Bible reading today, we see that there was a separation unto service for those who were to be worshipping God with the instruments. It was a detailed exercise. So, the question for you today is: What are you separating unto God? Your time, your resources, your attention, etc. Are you intentional about God’s service or are you giving him whatever is left. God keeps asking of men “where is my honor?”.  Honor God and watch him decorate your life. When a man’s way pleases God, even his enemies will be at peace with him. Halleluyah.
