The Bible tells us to lay up our treasures in heaven where no moth can get to it and where no thieves break into it. It is important that despite the blessings that come from God that we do not put our trust in the riches that we have gathered because it could be transient. The Bible reading today talks about the woe that was to befall Moab in those days and as the land would become troubled, it was recorded that the abundance that they had gathered would be carried away.  Hence, our priority must be on heaven and the beauty of a heaven focused life is that according to the Bible when we seek first the kingdom of God and its righteousness, every other thing is added on to you. What would you rather do? Wealth without an insurance policy to assure that it lasts or investment in an insurance policy that creates wealth as one of its side benefits in additio/n to the assurance of eternal life and then peace in the midst of the storm. The scale is clearly tipped. Invest wisely.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because the cattle on the thousand hills are yours and you control silver and gold. Please Lord, I commit to you afresh. I sign up to heaven’s insurance policy. Please bless me with eternal blessings and let it be evidenced here on earth as well in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
