Where is the source of your help and strength? The psalmist said that "our help is in the name of the Lord." That is why he said again that he will look up to God from whom comes his help. Trust in anything and anyone other than God is a futile effort. Beyond being futile, it in fact provokes God’s anger as can be seen in today’s Bible reading where God was speaking about Israel’s riches - their gold and silver - not being able to deliver them in the day of God’s anger.  So, again the question is: what is the source of your help? What do you prioritize? What do you focus on? One with God is always a majority.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you do terrible things in righteousness. I acknowledge you as my Lord and savior. Please arise and show to the world that you are my defender and help 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
