Will you make your life count?
“Now will I sing to my wellbeloved a song of my beloved touching his vineyard. My wellbeloved hath a vineyard in a very fruitful hill: and he fenced it, and gathered out the stones thereof, and planted it with the choicest vine, and built a tower in the midst of it, and also made a winepress therein: and he looked that it should bring forth grapes, and it brought forth wild grapes.” Isaiah 5:1-2 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/isa.5.1-2.kjv

What is heaven’s return on investments in your life? Do you think that the investor would be excited about the returns that are coming from the outputs and impacts of your life? The Bible tells us that on the judgement day we would give account of our lives and heaven’s resources that we have been stewarding. What would the verdict be? Regarding the expected impacts of your life, the souls that you were meant to reach and others. The Bible reading todays gives an analogy of a well cared for vineyard. The key here is that the vineyard was on a fruitful hill so there was no question of the availability of capacity. In addition, adequate care was provided to the vineyard. Also, the wine press that was to process the outcomes of this yard was made available. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, this vineyard brought forth wild grapes. So not only was the capacity wasted, the wine press would probably not be put into use because the wild grapes will likely not translate to great wine. The Bible tells us that the Ernest expectations of creature awaits the manifestation of the sons of God. Again, I ask, what is heaven’s return of investment in your life. Make it count for the Lord and those to whom you have been sent.
