Access to the inside connection gets you the best of the land. In today’s Bible reading, Joseph had presented his brothers before Pharaoh and they were requesting to stay in the choicest of the land - Goshen. Joseph had prepped them on what to say to get the endorsement of Pharaoh. He had insider information and knew the criteria that would get them the land. They were cattle rearers but they may not have mentioned that specifically if Joseph had not told them what to say. The Bible says “And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say: For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.” Luke 12:11-12. We need the inspiration of the Holy Spirit for utterances in the place that matters. However you need to be connected to God and also be familiar with how the Holy Spirit speaks to you by reason of use.
