Come out
“I will behave myself wisely In a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart. I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; It shall not cleave to me.” Psalm 101:2-3 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/psa.101.2-3.kjv

God appeared to Abraham when he was ninety-nine years old and told him that he should walk perfectly before him and that God would make a covenant with him and multiply him. We know the result of the covenant of blessing with Abraham as we enjoy that covenant as spiritual children of Abraham. How then does one walk before God and be perfect? The Psalmist in the Bible reading today gives us some hints - staying away from those who do wicked things. Recall that the Bible tells us that evil communication corrupts good manners. So, are you looking for the sort of covenant that is a preservation for your generation yet to come? Then, walk before the Lord and be perfect. Come out from amongst the lot and be ye separate and the Lord will welcome you.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your faithfulness always. Thank you for always being there for me. I come before you, seeking your help and guidance to work perfectly before you so that the Convenant of the perfect will be evident in my life in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
