Consecration before service

โ€œAnd ye shall not go out of the door of the tabernacle of the congregation in seven days, until the days of your consecration be at an end: for seven days shall he consecrate you. As he hath done this day, so the Lord hath commanded to do, to make an atonement for you.โ€ Leviticus 8:33-34 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/lev.8.33-34.kjv

Consecration before service

There is a need for consecration before service. That inner connection and cleansing that empowers the Christian for the diverse challenges in the place of service. In todayโ€™s Bible reading, according to the instruction of God, Moses was consecrating Aaron and his sons for the service of priesthood. After all the different offerings had been offered on their behalf, they still had to abide in the temple for seven days before they could enter into the fullness of their service. Beyond the initial consecration, there is also a constant need for refreshing and revitalization in Godโ€™s presence to enable us receive the power for the assignments that are committed into our hands. So, before you embark on that assignment, ask yourself I am consecrated? Am I certified ready? If not, do the needful to avoid being a casualty of the battle of life.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your loving kindness and faithfulness. Please Lord, purify me afresh and empower me for the exploits that you would have me do in the kingdom in Jesus name ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ
