God is a God of divine timing and divine arrangement. Certain events happen in an individuals life that are in fact orchestrated to ensure certain divine encounters. In the Bible reading today, while Saul and his servant were looking to see Samuel to provide guidance on where to locate the missing animals, God had already told Samuel the day before that about that time he would be sending him a Benjamite that will become King. So everything that happened, the missing animals, the advise for his servant to seek out the prophet, the guidance from those who were pointing them to where the prophet was ensured that they arrived just in time for the appointment with destiny. The appointment that would change his life forever. Are there certain happenings that are out of the ordinary in your life? Seek the help of the HolySpirit to understand why? And if you receive peace then yield to see what God is cooking up for you. Remember that God says all the things work together for our good. Even the inconvenient ones. Besides he says that he will give you double for your troubles. What Saul got out of the quest to seek out the lost animals was certainly more than double.
