God is not a man that he should lie or the son of man that he should repent. Has he said it? Shall he not do it? Has he promised? Shall he not make it good? He is dependable and reliable. He makes everything beautiful in his time. He watches over his words to perfect it. Joseph’s brothers bowed before him like his dream of many years prior. There are so many instances of long-standing promises that eventually came to pass in the Bible.  As children of God, our part of the equation is to keep faith, yield control, stay obedient and watch him come through for you. He is not a man that he should lie. For the sake of his glory, he will fulfill every of his promises if we remain steadfast and focused. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross despising the shame and eventually is sitted in glory.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you indeed for being a dependable God and our rock of shelter. Thank you for always staying true to your words. Please Lord, I look to you afresh. Please grant me the grace to wait and the discipline to stay focused as you take me on the journey into the promise. Let the beauty of your glorious destination of promise be evident to the world to see in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
