Find the Truth

“So they established a decree to make proclamation throughout all Israel, from Beer-sheba even to Dan, that they should come to keep the passover unto the LORD God of Israel at Jerusalem: for they had not done it of a long time in such sort as it was written. So the posts passed from city to city through the country of Ephraim and Manasseh, even unto Zebulun: but they laughed them to scorn, and mocked them. Nevertheless divers of Asher and Manasseh and of Zebulun humbled themselves, and came to Jerusalem.” 2 Chronicles 30:5, 10-11 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/2ch.30.5-11.kjv

Find the Truth

Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not be ashamed, righty dividing the word of truth. There is a knowledge and empowerment backed by an eagerness when there is a deep revelation in the place of encounter of the word of God. This leads to a right dividing of the word of God like the Bible says. In the Bible reading today, we see that though Hezekiah was the king of Judah (the 2 tribes of Isreal), when he encountered the word in the temple after the cleansing, he realized how the worship was supposed to be done and so he became an evangelist even to the full tribes of Israel who were suffering from the result of the attack of the Assyrians.  He had discovered what was written about the instructions for how the worship must be done and the promises that result from it and so he could not keep still. As a result of his rightly dividing the word of truth, some of the tribes of Israel were touched and came to the worship even though others laughed him to scorn. It was recorded that there had not been anything like the sort of feasting and joy that happened in the temple since the time of Solomon and God heard their prayers too. All this because he found the truth and went about sharing.  So the question is how much effort have you put into finding the truth about  you, your nation and situations? What are you doing about the truth that you know? Take a leaf from Hezekiah, you may be saving someone from damnation.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your word that is always available and piercing through our hearts and circumstances. Please Lord help me to see your truth about my life and the situations around me and please grant me the zeal to go about dividing the word of truth and let your blessings follow through as we return and seek your face 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
