Focus on God
“Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, eat that thou findest; eat this roll, and go speak unto the house of Israel. So I opened my mouth, and he caused me to eat that roll. And he said unto me, Son of man, cause thy belly to eat, and fill thy bowels with this roll that I give thee. Then did I eat it; and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness. It flows from within out. Your connection matters first because out of it comes the assignment. The Bible tells us in the book of John that for those that believe in God, out of their bellies shall flow rivers of living water. Productivity in kingdom assignment and by extension your secular world stems from a connection to the source and spring of life. In the Bible reading today, prophet Ezekiel was being given a mandate to the house of Israel. However, it started first with him being asked to eat the scroll. He had to digest the word of God. After which he was empowered to speak. The world is a battle field and anyone who must deliver God’s assignment must first be filled and empowered. Are you eager to be useful in God’s hands? Focus on your connection first.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your faithfulness always. Thank you for guiding and protecting me. Thank you for your assignment over my life. Lord as I seek to know you more and to learn at your feet, please fill me up and empower me to deliver on my kingdom assignment according to your will in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
