God cannot lie

“And he sendeth forth two of his disciples, and saith unto them, Go ye into the city, and there shall meet you a man bearing a pitcher of water: follow him. And his disciples went forth, and came into the city, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover.” Mark 14:13, 16 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/mrk.14.13-16.kjv

God cannot lie

The Bible tells us that God is not a man that he should lie nor the son of man that he should repent. Once he says it, it is done. He is the all-knowing God who works in uncommon ways that are indescribable. Hence, it is important to always follow his leading. We need to be like Peter who despite the logic being off that he would catch fish after toiling all night. He said “Nevertheless at thy word” and we know that the result was net-breaking miracle.  In today’s Bible reading today, Jesus gave his disciples a clear instruction and when they stepped out in faith, the answers were exactly as guided. Has God said it? Then move out in faith because the one who has promised will make it good.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are a faithful God. Thank you because you are the one who knows the end from the beginning. As I submit continually to your will, please show up on my behalf in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
