God is intentional
“Thus saith the LORD; Stand in the court of the LORD's house, and speak unto all the cities of Judah, which come to worship in the LORD's house, all the words that I command thee to speak unto them; diminish not a word:” Jeremiah 26:2 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/jer.26.2.kjv

God’s instructions must be delivered to the letter. Our God is a God of intent and while sometimes his warning may appear stern, he uses them to prevent his people from ultimate damnation if they repent. This puts pressure often on the carrier of the message because you may be tagged as the bearer of bad news. However, just as the Lord said to Jeremiah in the Bible reading today, you must stand in the confidence of the one who has commissioned you and ensure that you don’t sugar-coat it. There are prophets in the Bible that God pronounced really harsh judgement on because they were reassuring the people of peace where there was no peace. As a result, the people continued in their blissful ways of sin until judgement of God arrived. Be the voice of change and who knows if the instructions that you carry out ultimately saves someone from eternal damnation.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are the one who sends a man on an errand and backs him up with everything. Please Lord as you instruct me in my kingdom assignments please help me to trust you completely and give me the boldness to act so that your will may be fulfilled through me in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
