In the beginning!!!!.... So many times we find ourselves in certain situations, cross-roads, paths and all, where we are overwhelmed by the task ahead or the future that is vague; Similar to the apparent formlessness and void of the earth presented in the scripture reading today. When we look at the world as we know it today, there is so much rythm - day and night, seed time and harvest, gravity and so many other things that it is difficult to fathom the picture of the void described today. The key factor that changed the situation was the presence of God, the light and clarity he brought, the structures he created, the life he spoke forth and everything else that fell in place. In the chapter of Genesis 1, there is a constant instruction from God for something to be brought forth which indicates that the potentials have been there and at the word of the Lord it came forth... Like the trees and all the animals that the earth brought forth or even how the land emerged from the separation of the seas. So, it doesn’t matter how confusing and shapeless the path before you looks, the presence of God on the journey is all you need and the transformational insights that comes with having Him on your journey will turn the dark situation into a blossoming future. You look back and wonder at the amount of potentials that were in that situation but that only needed the light, structure and instruction of the Lord. Take that situation to the God today and the light that comes from his presence will yield a blossoming turnaround.... Halleluyah!!!!

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for the transformation that comes in your presence. I trust my ‘beginnings’ to you, let it blossom at the touch of your hands as I follow your instructions🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
