God’s compassion is the antidote for his judgement. Thank God that we have a God who is full of compassion. The Bible tells us that his compassion fails not and that they are new every morning. In the Bible reading today, God speaks to his compassion that brings about restoration after his anger. A great precursor though for his compassion is obedience and total respect for his ways and instructions even though the final decision of whom to have compassion on is God’s to make like he told us in the Bible. Prayer: Dear Lord thank you because you are the all-powerful God and yet so tender-hearted and compassionate. Please Lord, as I seek to know you more, please reveal more of yourself to guide me into a deeper relationship with you to the very heart of your compassion.
