When God arises for his own, years of captivity are suddenly turned around and the enemies of his children get a full dose of his displeasure. The Bible reading today talks about some of the stressors of Israel and how God was going to deal with them in the day of his power. The Lord saves and he delivers. The clause however though is according to the Bible verse that says that God’s hands are not too short to save us but that sin has created a wedge between us an our ally.  Are you seeking God’s deliverance? Then stay away from sin. Do his bidding completely and watch him fight your battles.
