God still confounds the wise
“And I will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her. Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?” Genesis 17:16-17 KJV https://www.bible.com/1/gen.17.16-17.kjv
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.” (Isaiah 55:8)... Abraham had a very good laugh when God laid out the blueprint of his plans for Abraham’s “seed”. God was going to use what seemed humanly impossible to deliver his divine mandate. Sarah who was already 90 years old was going to birth the seed. Hence the reminder that God’s ways are not ours. He uses the foolish things of this world to confound the wise so that the glory will always remain with him. So, are you profiling God and His ways concerning that situation in your life? Are you saying “I don’t think it’s going to happen this way anymore”. Are you looking across the fence or looking out into the Horizon to see the savior that God is going to send to you. When God is saying to you that the means that you are overlooking is the carrier of the miracle. Trust God today, follow his instructions and watch Him do His thing - The supernatural. Halleluyah!!!!
Prayer: Father, thank you because your ways are not mine and you are able to spring up an army from a valley of dry bones. I trust you Lord to visit my situation and do that which you have promised. That which only you can do 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
