Empowered by the Lord. God is the true source and ingredient for Empowerement in the life of his children and so that is why it is critical that when the evidence of the empowerment starts to show up that we do not forget the true origin. In the Bible reading today, God speaks about a time when after all the travails that Judah has had, that he will make Jerusalem a troublesome stone for all the people.  A stone that cannot be cut off even if all the earth gathers against it. But the key word is “I will make” and that is why the psalmist tells us that except the Lord builds a house, the laborers are just wasting their time. Invest in a relationship with God and knowing his plans for you and watch how he adds color to your life in uncommon and unexpected ways.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for the constant reminder that as a branch I am nothing without you the true vine. Father, I come before you. Please accept me and help me because one with you is always a majority 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
