God’s assignments come with the full toolkit. He prepares you with everything you need, including the spirit that is needed to carry out the assignment. The Bible reading today is very instructional. Wearied by the incessant complaints of the Isrealites, Moses has gone to God complaining about the burden. Well, God responded by asking him to select 70 people from amongst the elders of Isreal to help him. He was getting the help he needed. But guess what, God took part of the spirit from Moses to put in these 70 people. This tells us that God is not driven by the number or strength of the people.  The spirit is provided based on the assignment. So, while it did not look like it, Moses had all that was required for the assignment and the strength for his supporters only came from out of the spirit he had already carried. So he was indeed empowered and able to do the task - whatever it took - in the first place. Does the task ahead of you seem so overwhelming? Does it look like you are unable to take it on? Does it feel like you don’t have what it takes? Relax!!! If God gave you the assignment then trust me, he has given you everything you need for that assignment.  God is not a God of numbers. He has consistently shown with so many examples that he gets mighty things done with the least number of people possible so that the glory can be returned to God alone. Remember that he uses the foolish things of this world to confound the wise.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for the assignments upon my life. Thank you for the assurance of your presence. Please Lord, strengthen my faith so that I can trust you completely for the execution to the glory of your name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
