He is a rewarder
“The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee. Psalm 84:11 corroborates the Bible reading today by telling us that “For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly”. So many portions of the Bible point out the awesomeness of the one who we have the privilege to call ‘Father’. The Lord does not forsake those that seek him and he is in fact a shield for the oppressed. Are you faced with challenges that seem overwhelming? Take it to the Lord in prayer and most importantly trust that He will come through. Replace worry with worship and it shall end in praise. Glory!!!!
Prayer: Dear Lord, unto you that answers prayers shall all flesh come. Thank you for the privilege to call you Father. Thank your being mindful of me. Thank you for making ways where there seems to be no way. As I worship you afresh, let my troubles and worries be forgotten forever and subsumed in the glory that comes with your presence in Jesus name🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
