He knows the end from the beginning
”And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty; and the land was filled with them. Now there arose up a new king over Egypt, which knew not Joseph. And he said unto his people, Behold, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we:“ Exodus 1:7-9 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/exo.1.7-9.kjv

When God opens a door, no man can shut it and when God blesses a person it is evident to the world so much so that it becomes uncomfortable for some others. Often the story of the later years of the Israelites in Israel is told from the lens of the suffering that they were put through in the hands of the Egyptians. The Bible reading today points to the origin of those actions. It was fear in the part of this new Pharaoh who did not have the history of the Israelites. He was worried that they had multiplied so much in the land of Egypt that they could be a significant threat if they joined forces with the enemies against Egypt . So they had set out to get Israel out of the land. Of course this was aligned with the grand plan of God that he had shown Abraham many centuries earlier about his generations going into a strange land for 400 years. It was about time to go but the implementation came through fear in their hosts the Egyptians. We know though that somewhere along the line, the Egyptians started to enjoy having them as slaves so much so that they now resisted their journey out. The initial goal however was to get them out. So recognize that the blessings of God in a man’s life can attract terror for those around such a one. Hence it is not uncommon for certain relationships to change as was the case of the Egyptians. What was important thou is that while the Israelites may not have understood the origin or even be prepared to leave the land, the one who knows the end from the beginning and who delivers on his promises was stringing together the master plan to ultimately fulfill his promises. Trust God he sorts all things in his time.
